DIY Bucket of Flowers

$120.00

You’re hosting an event, and you realize how much of an impact flowers can have on your guests. You really want local flowers that will look natural and fit with the season to help set the mood of the special day coming up.

A "DIY Bucket of Flowers" is a seasonal mix of focal flowers, filler flowers and foliage, all packed in a large bucket. Each bucket makes at least 5 arrangements the size of a typical market bouquet. You can make fewer large arrangements or more small arrangements, or a mix of both to fit your needs. Order up to 2 buckets.

The price includes:

  • 100+ stems of flowers, fillers and foliages

  • 5 packets of flower preservative to use in your own vases

  • a standard black bucket filled with water and flower preservative

****Return the bucket for a $10 credit toward a future purchase****

Things to know:

All flowers for weekend events are cut at the peak of their seasonality. Enjoy that “wildflower”, “garden-gathered” aesthetic you’re looking for from locally grown flowers, and connect to nature by celebrating the flowers that are naturally in bloom at the time of your event.

Specific flowers or colors unfortunately can’t be promised at this time. Mother Nature tends to favor pink, purple, yellow and white, but all colors of the rainbow make an appearance at various times throughout the year. You can email me at beth@foodandbloomsfarm.com if you have a question about what might be in bloom at the time you’d like to reserve a bucket of flowers.

Pick up is at my suburban farm near downtown Derry at 9am on Fridays. You will get an email confirmation from me with the exact address after placing your order.

Get ready to have fun putting the arrangements together yourself! Make sure you have your own vases and cutting tools.

If you’d like to get a good idea of what you’re getting into before you decide to buy, the pdf guide labeled "Have fun arranging your flowers!" linked at the bottom of my weekly emails will show you what the arrangement making process is like. This super helpful guide shows you how to turn your bucket of loose flowers into beautiful arrangements with the least fuss. And if you're not on my email list yet, you can sign up at foodandbloomsfarm.com/flowers and my handy-dandy technology will send you an email with that guide straight away.
